Our tariffs are separate from accommodations and third-party services and include two initial consultations, comprehensive trip planning and booking, and dedicated, attentive hosts. From arranging flights and accommodations to ground transportation, activities, restaurant reservations and special celebrations, Luxuraly handles every aspect of your itinerary with care.

Luxuraly secures competitive rates for a wide range of luxurious accommodations, including villas, 4 or 5-star hotels, exquisite apartments with Mediterranean views and yacht rentals. Our commitment is not to exceed the published rates for the same accommodations and third-party services for the same dates.

7 TO 10-DAY EXCURSION

For a magnificent 7 to 10-day excursion on the French Riviera, Luxuraly charges $6,500 for a family or couple. This tariff includes consultations, planning, and access to our dedicated Luxuraly hosts upon arrival and throughout your stay. Charges from third-party companies are additional and invoiced separately.

50% of our tariff paid within two (2) business days of acceptance of the final quote and itinerary;
The remaining 50% paid ten (10) business days prior to departure from your country of origin based on the travel date stated in your itinerary.
For a trip you plan that will be shorter than 7 days, please contact us with the length of your trip for tariff information.

11 TO 21-DAY EXCURSION

For a magnificent 11 to 21-day excursion on the French Riviera, Luxuraly charges $16,500 for a family or couple. This tariff includes consultations, planning, and access to our dedicated Luxuraly hosts upon arrival and throughout your stay. Charges from third-party companies are additional and invoiced separately.

50% of our tariff paid within two (2) business days of your acceptance of the final quote and itinerary;
The remaining 50% paid ten (10) business days prior to departure from your country of origin based on the travel date stated in your itinerary.

If, while enjoying your 7 to 10-day Excursion, you decide to extend a few days on the French Riviera, you may add additional days of host services from Luxuraly. Each additional day is priced at $1,100.

If you opt for a 7 to 10-day trip and decide to extend your stay by several more days, it may be advantageous to switch to an 11 to 21-day trip. Luxuraly will prorate the difference and credit you with an adjustment. We're happy to discuss the available options so you’re able to make the decision that best fits your needs.

Luxuraly offers flexibility. If you want your stay to be shorter or longer than what we offer, or not for consecutive days, feel free to contact us with your needs. We’re here to help.

OUR PROCESS

After your approval of an itinerary and returning a corresponding quote to you, Luxuraly requires full payment within two (2) business days for charges involving third-party companies such as hotels and yachts, and 50% of our fees within two (2) business days. Luxuraly will promptly provide detailed confirmation of each payment that is made to third party companies. Luxuraly provides transparency throughout the process.

Payment for private or commercial flights that Luxuraly arranges for you should be made within 24 hours to insure that your choices remain available. Payment may be made by credit card, ACH or wire transfer.

CHANGES TO ITINERARY

If you wish to make changes to your travel dates or to individual bookings after your itinerary has been paid for, a fee of $100 per change applies.

If you decide to add Luxuraly Beyond Services or add additional services from our Guide after accepting your itinerary we will provide a quote for them. Upon receiving your written approval, payment is required within two (2) business days in order to secure them for you and can be made by credit card, ACH or wire transfer.

REFUND POLICY

Our 7-Day Money-back Guarantee:

Payment of the first 50% of Luxuraly's fees, hereinafter known as "Payment", will be refunded in full for cancellations requested in the manner described below and if such request is submitted to Luxuraly within 7 calendar days of Payment. To initiate a refund, you must contact our customer support team by either emailing your request to support@luxuraly.com within 7 calendar days of Payment, or by calling us within 7 calendar days of Payment at which time we will email you confirmation of your request made by phone.
Payment of the second 50% of the company's fees are not subject to refund.
Refunds processed using the original payment method.
The processing time for a refund to post to the original form of payment is 5 to 10 business days.
Requests to make changes to an itinerary following Payment require an inquiry process. A non-refundable charge of $100 for each such request applies regardless of the outcome. Changes are subject to availability.
Luxuraly Beyond Services and additional services may be available upon request. If available, they will be followed by an invoice payable in full within two business days. Our 7-Day Money-back Guarantee applies to payments made for Beyond Services.
Payments can be made by credit card, ACH, or wire transfer.
